WBA told usthere was an exciting reason for the fixture changes this week, and here it is!

The world famous Harlem Globetrotters will be dropping in to our Saturday Domestic competition at 2pm TOMORROW (Feb 16)!

All domestic members will get the chance to meet the players at Court 1 & 2 and marvel at their logic-defying skills from close range!

We’re pumped for the Harlem Globetrotters visit tomorrow – here are a few things we’d love all our members to keep in mind:

🏀 For games at 1:15pm, 2pm or 2:45 pm allow extra time to find a car park and to enter the stadium. Overflow car park will be open (grassed area at back of car park)

🏀 Regular stadium entry fee ($2) applies – once you are in the stadium it is free to come into see the Globetrotters

🏀 Please be patient and understanding with WLS staff. To help speed up the process, please have your $2 ready when you enter

🏀 There will be regular domestic games on prior to and after the Globetrotters event – be mindful of this and keep well clear of courts while games are being played

🏀 There is a crowd capacity for Court 1 & 2 and we may need to limit numbers in to this area during the Globetrotters event

🏀 The Globetrotters will be on court from 2pm – 2:30pm

🏀 If you have a game at 2pm, we’re hoping the Globetrotters stick around for photo ops from 2:30pm – 3pm in the outdoor netball area, so you may still get a chance to see them! The Globetrotters are on a tight schedule, so unfortunately there is a chance some people may miss out on photo opportunities

🏀 There are no changes to any other game times – players will need to be ready to play at their court as per usual
